Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the R6Stats app (“R6Stats”) made by Auxzo (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using R6Stats you agree to them. R6Stats is also licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement; where the two conflict, these terms apply to the extent permitted.

R6Stats Pro subscriptions

• R6Stats Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription. Available periods and prices are shown in the app before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings at any time. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

Game data

Statistics come from publicly available Rainbow Six Siege data. We work to keep them accurate and current but cannot guarantee that they are complete, correct or available at all times.

Unofficial app

R6Stats is a fan-made app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Ubisoft Entertainment SA. Rainbow Six Siege and related names are trademarks of their respective owners.

Acceptable use

Do not use R6Stats for anything unlawful, to harass other players, or to interfere with or reverse engineer the service.

Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue features, and we may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, R6Stats is provided “as is”, and Auxzo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
