Common questions

My stats look wrong or out of date.

R6Stats reads the same public data Ubisoft publishes. If a recent match has not appeared yet, it usually shows up within a few minutes.

I cannot find my profile.

Check the platform selector. The same name can exist on PC, Xbox and PlayStation as different players. Ubisoft names must match exactly.

I subscribed but Pro is locked.

Open Settings → Restore purchases, or tap Restore on the subscription screen, while signed in to the Apple Account you subscribed with.

How do I cancel?

Open Settings → Manage subscription in the app, or your Apple Account subscriptions in the iOS Settings app. Pro stays available until the end of the period you have paid for.

How do I stop notifications?

Open the iOS Settings app, tap Notifications, choose R6Stats and turn them off.
